Six black and white framed pictures of a motor hotel, built as Del Webb's Hiway House and renamed the Kings Inn three years later. Kings Inn was located at 107th Avenue and Grand Avenue. Some of the pictures show Del E. Webb and R.H. Johnson checking construction in 1959. The Hiway House was open for the Sun City Grand Opening on 1/1/60. Photo by Bob McColley. |
